Hi 👋 We’re the DMU. A small, private online community of some of the best independent digital marketers.
There are more than 80 of us, based in 14 different countries and from a whole range of different backgrounds. Across the world though there’s huge numbers of other talented freelancers who are massively under-represented and who we want to help.
That’s why we’ve come together to launch the DMU Member’s Fund.
What does a DMU membership provide?
The DMU is there to help grow your businesses, connect with other freelancer marketers and provide a safe space to ask questions, no matter your background. There’s weekly talks, a video library and at its centre, the most incredible Slack community to share and learn. (It also includes a rant channel for when you need it). If you join there’s nothing you need to do in return. All that we ask is that you stick to our guiding principles of being generous, kind and honest.
Who is the Member’s Fund for?
The DMU Member’s Fund is there for under-represented freelancers. We know that under-represented is a broad term so this might refer to someone's race, class, gender identity, sexuality, disability, as well as students and longterm unemployed from anywhere around the world.
